  I have never had my vents cleaned, what a shock to see so much dust. I was impressed with the professionalism of both men that were at my home. They answered any questions I had and were very thorough. I would highly recommend this company.

  I got the groupon for full house so I was expecting it to be about 75% clean when they left. I WAS WRONG. These guys were amazing and took their time. They got stains out that had been there aver a year and my carpet now looks brand new. They were on time and super friendly! DEF WOULD RECOMMEND!!!!

  These guys transformed our upstairs carpet to look like new! We have old carpet upstairs that we are looking to replace with hardwood eventually, but wanted a carpet steam for a quick fix meanwhile. My husband found a reasonable Groupon that allowed 3 rooms to be cleaned for $99 (plus extra for stairs). These guys got our carpet looking like new again!
  
  Not only did they take their time in problem areas, they got pretty much all the stains and discoloration out. The two guys that arrived were extremely professional, on-time, and friendly. No question that I'd call them again. Best carpet cleaning experience I've had in a long time when it comes to quality and value.

  Moved in a new place and needed my vent and carpet cleaned. I saw ENG had a pretty good deal on Groupon and seeing the good reviews on Yelp and since I also needed my carpet cleaned, I contacted ENG directly to see if they can do both cleaning for me together. Talked to Aaron the supervisor over the phone, he was really nice and gave me a great price for the combo cleaning, even better than the Groupon deal. After date and time were agreed upon confirmation was quick to arrive in the email outlining the price and service. On the date of the service, two technicians showed up 20 minutes after they called to give advance notice. Upon their arrival, they were extremely professional and got to work quickly, they also advised that we may want to spend some time outside while they do the cleaning as it can get pretty loud. We left for about 2+ hours and came back to see them still working on the carpet cleaning. I trust that they did a good job with the vents by their professionalism and thoroughness. The carpet in the house is quite dated and not exactly the easiest to clean, but the team worked diligently to the best of their ability. And the carpet looked drastically better post cleaning than before. The two technicians put in significant time late at night to clean all the vents and carpet in my 4 rooms. One thing to note is that they did not try to upsell me anything, they just got in and nailed a great cleaning job. And the price offered to me was also locked for any future cleaning visits. Five star service to both the cleaning crew of ENG and Aaron the supervisor. Will recommend ENG to family and friend for their professional cleaning services and dedicated customer service.

  This is the 2nd time I used them, different property. Carpet cleaning is fantastic and air ducts are clean and mold free.
  They arrived on time, did what they had to do and it costs me less than some other named brands.
  Both times my tenants were well satisfied with the service.
  Would and have recommended them to others.
