  I have used a variety of recruiters in the past but have never before experienced the level of professionalism that Emerald Search Partners provides. They took the time to really understand my prior employment experience and then found a position that absolutely exceeded my expectations. They handled all negotiations quickly and worked diligently to make it a win/win situation. The friendliness, professionalism, and understanding of ESP staff is phenomenal.   I have known Greg since he was doing recruiting in Phoenix years ago. He was responsible for getting me from Phoenix to Seattle and placed me at a firm the I truly loved to go to work. Six and half years later, I decided to make a change and he placed me at a new law firm. Both of these jobs have been great fits. Greg has always gone above and beyond what other recruiters do, he listens to what you are looking for and then uses his capabilities to get you into the right place. He is not pushy and does not try to get you to take just any job. He is very responsive and very charismatic.   The team at Emerald Search Partners was amazing. Greg asked me what I was looking for down to details I hadn't considered. He found a couple of interviews at great places, and 1 great job! I would recommend ESP to anyone in the job search market in the legal profession.

  My experience with Emerald has been a wonderful. I first applied to them in June and they were the only agency that called me back (I applied to several). Upon my move to Seattle Kibby and Jaime were always in touch letting me know they were working hard to find me a job. They were patient and attentive to my needs, and I truly got the sense they cared that I got the right position for me. They connected me to a firm that I am now currently working at and absolutely love! I would definitely recommend them to anyone that is just entering the field as they will help you get your first job.

  I approached Emerald Search Partners because I was looking for employment as a paralegal and/or legal secretary after being out of the legal field for almost two years. After five years working as a paralegal and legal assistant, I decided to return to school to obtain my Advanced Paralegal Certificate. Within a month and a half of my graduation, Emerald placed me with a firm covering a maternity leave. Within a few weeks of placement, I was offered a permanent position. Emerald negotiated on my behalf and got me a great benefits package. I would highly Emerald Search Partners to anyone looking for a strong ally within this industry.
