  What a great shop! I rented a brand-new Specialized Tarmac for the Escape to the Keys Ride and it rocked! Glen was so helpful and accommodating. The shop. even put speedplay pedals on for me so I didn't have to bring my own. I would definitely rent from this shop again

  Great local bike shop, excellent mechanics, really very professional team. From service to fitting, they want to help any customer with expert advice no matter if you are a newbie or seasoned cyclist.

  All about customer service. I contacted Marcelo at Elite to acquire a Garmin product and even though we got our wires crossed about the specific model, he facilitated the whole process of me getting the watch I wanted with a great attitude. He even gave me some pointers about the watch and how to navigate its corresponding app!

  Short and sweet,the best bike shop in Miami,I've known Calvin for a while,needless to say he's a great guy and always puts you on the right track with Equipment and not with what you think you need.

  I picked up my 2017 Specialized Roll in lime green last week. I used Elite's lay-a-way plan and waited through the backorder on my bike. The bike is beautiful and everything I was told it would be. Glenn, Debbie, and Calvin were all very helpful. I have never owned a "real" bike before and I walked in the shop I was intimidated and over-whelmed by all the bicycle types, lingo, etc., but the staff made me feel at ease. They asked the right questions and put me on the perfect bike; the Roll. Thanks for everything guys.
