  AMAZING. I broke the screen on my Mac which was less than a year old and was so upset. Called several places and the prices ranged up to $700 for replacement plus I would have to wait a week just to be seen or at best to get my computer back. Called these guys and three hours later, for hundreds less than the others, I had it back fixed. Granted, they had the part available and that was a lucky stroke but it was so much less painful that I expected for the whole process! Plus when a cop followed me into the parking lot for expired tags, making it look like the place was being raided, they were totally good natured about it.

  Not much of a reviewer but for the incredible service I got, it's the least I could do. My MacBook had much more issues than expected. Doug communicated with me the whole way through and ended up changing the screen, the motherboard and had to recover my data from a software crash, working on it for a total of 20 hours. He only charged me for one hour of work! Definitely earned my trust. I'd take any broken device here any day and recommend you do too. My computer works like never before.

  Elite Computing did a great job bringing my computer back from the dead - it would not boot. They determined that my hard drive was failing so luckily they were able to transfer my data to a new hard drive. Prices were reasonable and my repair was completed in two days.

  Elite Computing has provided IT Service for Austin Neurosurgical Institute since 2008. The team at Elite Computing is honest, efficient, and resolves any IT issue promptly. They oversee and monitor all IT functions at the office; computer building and install, programming, backups, maintenance, and monitoring. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

  I took my laptop with a broken hinge and case to Elite. Clint fixed it in record time. Like new. At a very fair price. These are my go-to guys for any computer related thing from now on. Very professional and trustworthy. Thanks, Elite..
