  My car does not have a flip key, but I wanted one. So, I bought 2 aftermarket flip keys with remote for my car from a seller on Amazon. Got them cut from a locksmith nearby, only to realize it wont turn to On. ... I was impressed, this is what is called Customer Service. Robert spent and hour and a half working on them to make two flip key blades for me and went out of his way to help me out. ...

  When I needed a locksmith to re-key a deadbolt, I called quite a few locksmiths listed online and explained my problem. Each gave me the answers to my questions. I chose Elio's because of my telephone conversation and the price was in the middle of the quotes. When I called back to make an appointment, I was given a time the next day. The technician arrived exactly at the appointed time and began checking my lock. He decided that he would have to take the deadbolt to the factory, but after consulting with the "boss", he assured me that the price would be the same as the quote and not increased. When the job was finished, the technician made sure I could use the lock easily and that I was satisfied. If I need a locksmith again, I will certainly call Elio's.

  This has to be the best locksmith in Miami hands down. These people are so nice. I went to get a key cut, not only the young guy in the front did it at no charge but also helped me assemble it to my new key fob. They just go themselves a new customer. I will be coming to this place and referring other also from now on. Thanks once again.

  I can always count on this place. It's been in business for over 35 years, family owned and very helpful. They have an actual store as opposed to one of those "'mobile locksmith" that always makes me nervous. The prices are fair and if you are not satisfied they will go back until you are happy.

  Very good service. programmed my 2008 Altima FOB for only 40$ and in about 10 mins. I bought the FOB for 46$ on ebay.
