  I have had the pleasure of working with this shop in a few different ways over the last couple years. Not only have I purchased a bike and various parts, I have partnered with them to develop local and international bike tour options for their customers and ran a ride for their dedicated gravel grinder customers. These various touch points have given me varied perspectives and a personal relationship with multiple people on their staff.
  The Element Cycle staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Each maintains a professional presence in and out of the shop. They have an open minded approach to the bike business and focus their foundation on the community they are working within. And at a time when bike shops are scrambling to adapt to the rapidly changing industry, Element Cycles seems to be standing back from the scramble and is embracing the new frontier. Go here if you need advice, a bolt, someone to ride with or a killer new bike.

  They have a huge inventory of high performance equipment so you can usually buy something without needing to order it.

  I would write a longer review but my phone won't let me check my spelling. The staff here is a group of people who live what they do. It shows, and I suppose when you're having that kind of fun inside that kind of focused, it could come off distracted to people who don't know better. On top of it, the two staff members who catered to me where extremely polite, patient, easy going and knowledgeable.
  
  This is my go to bike shop on the west coast.

  My son and I spontaneously decided to ride the Sammamish River Trail and needed bikes. We found Element Cycles on Google Maps and gave them a call to see if they rented. The young man answering the phone was friendly and informative, letting us know they were 100 yds from the trail.
  
  We were at the shop within 20 mins and on the trail 10 mins after we arrived. They set us up and processed are payment at lightening speed. The quality of the rental bikes was great as was the service.

  The best selection in town. From high end road/ mountain to great value entry level. This is the place to go. Great demo opportunities with stage of the edge bike fitting.

  A fantastic bike shop with one of the best shop staff teams I've had the pleasure and experience to witness for all aspects of cycling sales and service. Tremendous service orientation and performance that drives an ever growing customer base and market share. Five stars +, baby!! Salute!! Tell them that I sent you!!

  Ricky took very good care of me. I walked in, specified what I was looking for, and he had exactly the bike I needed. I'd been fighting with a loaner bike that I'd been using, and he was able to direct me to a bike that fit much better, was more in line with my use case, and was able to determine what extra fit work it would need before I took it home. He made sure that was taken care of while I waited, and helped me get everything I need. Great selection at this store, and great service.
