We have worked with Ray for 30 years, he has always been our local mechanic. We have total trust in him, and he has always given us good advice on what to fix or not fix, on pricing, and fairness. Wonderful people in the shop, and nothing but wonderful experiences. We sent our friend from out of town whose car died, and she was so pleased on the quick turn around, fairness in price and good help. Thank you Ray and the whole shop.

I usually do my own work, so I know my car very well, but when I had some misfiring, I didn't have the time or space to take care of diagnosing and/or fixing it myself (I was about 90% sure what the problem was however). Took it to a few different places and out of 4 different shops I took it to, these guys were the only ones who accurately diagnosed it and didn't try to upsell me in any way. Because of that, their quote came in over $2K less than the other shops. I let them take care of it, car now runs great (even without the crazy upsells). Trustworthy and capable shop. I'll be bringing my business back whenever needed.

I can't recommend them enough. After I was in an accident and the auto body shop fixed my SUV it never ran properly, the AC didnt work and the SUV kept overheating. Brought back to auto body shop, their mechanic found nothing wrong. Bought to another mechanic, same outcome. Finally saw reviews on Next Door and figured I'd give Elder Auto a try. They found cooling fan was not wired properly and fixed free of charge! These are very honest folks, not many in the biz, they are the best. Many thanks!!

They say it's a challenge to find a good and honest mechanic, well look no further. They have always been extremely helpful, efficient and KIND to me and anyone I know that I have referred to them. They are straight forward, genuine and they care about their customers. I will never take any of my cars to any other place. Period.

Gerard at Elder Auto answered all of my questions and was very friendly! You can tell you're working with good, honest people here. I once went there because I had questions about my coolant, and even though they were quite busy, one of the guys came outside to check it out. He was thorough in his explanation of the condition of the car, and when he made an error, he acknowledged it and corrected himself.
