Education Imagination DayCare & Preschool

Day Care

Education Imagination Preschool was founded in the fall of 2009 out of a desire to create an enriching, educational community for young learners. We have had the opportunity to enrich many children who go on to be inquisitive, creative, insightful students in elementary school.

Our curriculum focuses on literacy, science, yoga, art, music, and theater. We give the children many outlets to express themselves through reading, writing, drawing, dancing, sculpting, painting, and many other expressions.

The children learn how to be a part of a small preschool community where our uniqueness and differences are celebrated. They are able to grow in many areas of their development with nurturing educators learning alongside them.

Your child will enjoy our large outdoor space and are separated learning cottage environment dedicated just for them, but with a "home away from home" feel. Read more

We have really loved our time at Education Imagination. We're moving and unfortunately had to transfer our son to a school closer to our new home, but while scouting for new schools we really recognized how great this school is. It's more than just daycare, they provide interesting projects that really encourage the children to grow and learn about life and how things work, but at the same time provide a nurturing, loving environment. ...

Our son started going to Education Imagination preschool a few months after he turned 2. The school is one of the few local preschools we found that operates under a Reggio Emilia philosophy. Our son absolutely loves going there and is thriving in that environment. As a parent, I appreciate seeing the daily pictures of the kids’ activities which have so far included yoga, experiments to learn about the body, art projects, playing with music instruments, and a lot of outdoor exploration.

One of the scariest things I faced as the parent of a toddler is the lack of a good daycare situation when our original provider stopped looking after children. We toured and interviewed and even tried a provider. It was all painfully sub-par. Then we visited Education Imagination and we fell in love. It is everything we want for our little guy. An enormous yard to play in, he has dirty hands and mud on his pants most days - we LOVE THAT. And so does he! The teachers are very connected to each child and put in extra effort to communicate well to the parents. Even a regular yoga practice. We are so happy to have found a home away from our home for our son in Education Imagination Daycare.

“Our son is absolutely thriving at Education Imagination! Miss Stacey provides a loving environment in which the children learn everything from early reading to art to science. It gives us real peace of mind knowing our little guy is safe and so happy at school each day.”

“We are so glad that we found Education Imagination and most importantly so glad that we found Stacey! Daragh loves going to school and he has learned so much since he’s been there. He surprises us every day with new things he has learned! He loves all of his friends and has so much fun. It took a while for me to find a suitable daycare and one that I trusted. I couldn’t be happier and best of all Daragh loves it! ”
