  Great local bike shop. The folks at Echelon have been very helpful to me from the day I first walked in to the shop. On that day, I needed a tire because the tire I had was wearing fast when I had my bike on the trainer. They recommended a more durable tire. When I had trouble mounting it, they took care of me. No extra charge. ...

  About a year ago my wife and I walked in for triathlon tips and gear, and we were never disappointed. Kevin Buchholz and his lovely wife put my wife on track for her first Half Iron man. I could have gone any where for my first bike, but Adam Smith confidently spoke about why they carry certain brands and about Echelon. He convinced me, and I bought first bike (Cervélo) at Echelon. A year later Adam proved his words to be true. I sometimes would walk in for bike service with my bike on my back ... and the staff made sure my Cervélo ran like a champ afterwards! Adam - Thank you.

  Just an awesome place! I just signed up for my first tri and came in to ask questions and look at gear. I came in 5 minutes before closing and they were so helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I'm a cyclist and runner but new to swimming. I don't live in Santa Rosa but I will be making the drive to come back to this shop!
