Dr. Ryan O’Quinn, a third-generation native of San Antonio, completed his undergraduate degree in Biology from Baylor University. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch where he graduated as one of the top students in his class and was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. After completing an internship in internal medicine at the Yale University School of Medicine/Yale-New Haven Hospital, Dr. O’Quinn received his dermatology residency training from Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. He then completed his fellowship training in Mohs Micrographic Surgery under the direction of one of Dr. Frederic Mohs’ original students, Dr. John A. Zitelli in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Read more

    Was referred to Dr. O'Quinn for a mohs procedure. His staff was all very professional, informative and curteous. I had my consultation on a Friday, and due to a cancellation, was able to do the procedure on Monday. Dr. O'Quinn explains the process, and gives plenty of good information to prepare you. He and his staff took great care of me during the procedure. I highly recommend him!
