  Dr. Selby was able to work me in on short notice for a vision test I needed for out of state drivers license renewal. Even though I only needed a simple exam, Dr. Selby went out of his way to ensure I had all my forms filled out correctly and even examined an old pair of glasses for me. The price was also substantially better than a few other places I checked. Finally, he is one of the friendliest medical professionals I have ever met. Highly recommended!

  I drive down from LA once a year to see Dr Selby. You can't find a better eye doctor in Southern California. I work with my eyes as a photographer and I'm on the computer most of the day, Dr Selby takes the time to figure out the nuances of what's going on with your eyes and how to best fit glasses to your profession and needs. I can't speak highly enough about him. I've been seeing him for six years now and will continue to travel back every year.

  Now that I'm older I really like being a regular at places and that includes who I trust for my eye care. I've been a regular here for about a year now and I do everything from eye exams to regular contact orders from this office and I haven't been happier! I love how consistent they are and how sweet they are every time you pay a visit.

  I've needed glasses since the 4th grade , I'm now 58 so I've seen a few optometrists over the years . Dr . Selby is by far the best . He explains everything in layman's terms , he's super friendly and remembers you from year to year. A friend recommended his office to me about 25 years ago when I was new to San Diego and I've never given a second thought to going anywhere else . Dr. Selby and his staff are the best .
