  I came to Dr. Mark with shoulder pain. His incredibly knowledge in ART and helped relieve allot of my pain. When we realized my injury might be more serious than we initially thought to be, he never let his pride get in the way of recommending me to see an orthopedic. That really meant allot to me. He is incredibly patient and kind and I would recommend him to my family and friends.

  Dr. Mark is the best! He uses a special technique that doesn't twist and jerk your body yet it relieves your pain. I highly recommend him!

  He is a very professional Dr. I suffered from headaches/migraines for years .Dr. Stzeminski uses his techniques and I can say I am headache free.

  I call him Dr. Magic....because that's what he is. He's always helped me with re-occurring neck and shoulder pain and he completely cured my grandmother from sciatica years ago. He's the only chiropractor I would trust with my care...he always remembers not to crack my neck either! (because it freaks me out!)

  Excellent caring doctor who takes his time to diagnose and treat my condition. I never feel like I am a number here. He has gotten me back to work quickly when I have thrown my back out. I refer all of my patients here when they are in need of a chiropractor. When I told my orthopedist and his PA that I was seeing a chiropractor they both frowned. When I stated that he does ART they both said that was good and to continue. As a dentist, I am hunched over all day and dentists are notorious for back issues. I know that with Dr Mark's help that I will be able to enjoy a long career in my field.
