  I just bought a pair of ski boots at Double Diamond. Although I had known about the shop for years, I had never been in it. They have a big selection of boots. I tried on a few models and found one that was just right. Brian helped me through the process and was very detail-oriented. That's important to me in general, but critical when it comes to getting a ski boot to fit just right. Brian did not rush through the process as I've seen from some other shops and really took the time to get things just right. I'll be going back next time I need more gear. Thanks!

  First time at Vail - stopped at Double Diamond to buy a pair of ski gloves. After several runs, realized the pair would not work for me. Very grateful to the manager, Bryant, who listened to my concerns and kindly allowed me to exchange for a better pair. Would highly recommend Double Diamond! Great selection, excellent customer service!

  I've shopped at Double Diamond over the years and have always been satisfied. But my most recent experience really sets them apart from other shops. I purchased ski boots for my daughter over the summer (on sale), and when she tried them out for the first time last week, they were really uncomfortable. We skied down to Double Diamond where Bryant immediately figured out the problem and determined that she would be better off in a different boot. He kindly allowed us to trade, at no cost. She returned to the slopes with the new boots which felt much better. She's always had difficulty with boots, so I really appreciate that Double Diamond accommodated her with a different boot rather than just trying to adjust the original pair.

  What nice guys! They got me set up with a full suspension mtn bike and instructed me on how to use the seat adjuster and rear shock. They helped us figure out our route for the day and were cool with me bringing it back a little later than planned. Awesome shop and fantastic customer service.
