  Lue and his crew were amazing! They refurbished our hardwood throughout our house (all rooms & closets) and they turned out great. We received multiple quotes and Discover Hardwood floors was not the cheapest or the most expensive but very reasonably priced. They removed and hauled away all the carpet that was placed over the original hardwood when we purchased the home and patched up multiple areas that needed repair. The stain color and finish turned out great and they even made custom wood trim to go around our fireplace and in our doorways. After they were done with the floors we noticed a streak in one of the rooms and without hesitation they came back that day to fix it. They truly do a great job and I would recommend them to anyone! They definitely don't cut corners and their work speaks for itself.

  My wife and I are so pleased with Discover Hardwood Floors. They refinished two rooms for us last summer. They were quick to respond, easy to work with, did great work, quickly, and at a very reasonable price. Just based on that, I would have recommended them to anyone without any reservations.
  But! Lately we managed to scratch up one corner of one of our new floors. I emailed Lue on a Friday and he said they could come out the next Tuesday. The guy (one of Lue's sons) was just here for an hour doing really careful, meticulous work, and charged next to nothing.
  Seriously, do not look any further. These are the guys you want.

  Lue is my hero, I had just paid another contractor to do my floors and he did not even stain the new floors to match the original, not to mention he did a really bad sanding job. Most of the contractors who came and saw the floors gave me the run around, or just didn't even call me back. Lue showed up on time, gave me a great price, did an AMAZING job, matched the floors exactly to the old hardwood saving me thousands of dollars. The finish is beautiful and smooth, he took care of even the smallest details. He truly is so professional and knowledgeable. I can't believe the run around the other contractors gave me. Lue restored my faith that there are good guys out there. I have worked with a lot of contractors over the years being a designer. I will ONLY refer Lue for hardwood floors now! He is really genuine, you would be lucky to work with him!
