    We got married on June 24th of this year (2017) and I have to say that we felt so extremely taken care of by Marlee and Katie! We used them for planning, florals and rentals. It's incredibly convenient that it's a one stop shop. They were so willing to take any idea I had and run with it showing me all the options. They were mindful of our budget and not at all pushy trying to get us to do more or spend more than we wanted. At times, they reeled me back saying "Let's remember budget! If you wanna go over, we can absolutely make that happen but think about the costs for a day or so and get back to us!" They really did make our dream wedding a reality. I was able to enjoy the evening without worrying about a thing which is exactly how it should be. :) highly recommend Katie and Marlee at DFW Event Design and Planning. Would hire them again in a heart beat.

    We cannot begin to express how happy we were with Katie and Marlee and their entire team at DFW Event Design & Planning for their styling and coordination of our recent wedding at the Inn at Barley Sheaf Farm (7/7/17)! They were simply spectacular - and we couldn't have had such a beautiful wedding without them. Our decision to work with DFW for lighting, draping and day of coordination, design and styling was one of the best decisions we made throughout the whole planning process. Not only did they install the most stunning lighting and draping in the beautiful barn at our venue, they also handled and designed so many décor decisions and helped to turn our venue into nothing short of magical!! They completely blew us away with all that they did to exceed our hopes for the décor of the venue -- they truly turned our dreams into reality and beyond. With their extensive knowledge and experience with coordinating weddings, they will offer amazing ideas and assistance and carry every idea through to the end, with the most incredible results. Simply put, we highly recommend this team and loved working with them and getting to know them!!! Thank you to Katie, Marlee, Briana and all!!

    Perfection professional and very pleasant to work with. When my husband and I were stressing about all my he details of our wedding we decided it was time to hire a planner. DFW planning was the perfect fit at the right price. Katie and her staff were very detailed oriented, they knew what we needed and executed everything to our standards. We can not thank them enough. Use this company you will be extremely pleased.

    I booked DFW Event Design & Planning after having a minor meltdown about two months before my wedding. My mother and I decided that we really needed some professional help with my DIY style wedding. After some searching on the internet, I was really drawn to the DFW website. They seemed to be able to accommodate each clients specific needs. Within a day, I was on the phone with Nicole discussing a package and within a week, Nicole was at my venue and I was feeling incredibly relieved. Nicole and DFW had incredible advice and an answer to my every question. In the days leading up to my wedding and the day of, Nicole was able to provide a great solution to every problem that arose (some of which I had no idea happened until the day after!). I would recommend DFW to anyone. They are wonderful people to work with.

    Katie and her team nailed it! I had very little left in my budget and very little time left for our wedding and decided at the last minute to look into hanging decor for our dance floor. We chose to do a mix of hanging lanterns and tissue flowers. While on location getting ready I decided to sneak a peak at the space and was thrilled. And it looked absolutely stunning when the whole space was finished with our tables and flowers. It just finished the space off perfectly! So so happy with how it turned out. And, also incredibly happy with Katie and how easy it was to work with her. DFW is great. If you are on the fence about booking them, do it!
