Derrell is amazing; I cannot say enough about his work and customer service. I contacted Derrell in reference to my wife's computer crashing and failing to boot up. After contacting Best Buy Geek Squad and having them look at it I lost hope that I could fix it inexpensively. The Geek Squad advised me they believed it was the motherboard and would probably cost near $300. We bought the computer new just a little over a year ago for only $650 so that seemed really crazy to me. ...
