Delta Dallas began in 1983 in the kitchen of our founder, Linda Crawford, as an alternative to the resume mills that saturated the staffing industry at the time. From that humble beginning, Crawford set herself and her company apart by fulfilling the needs of both employers and candidates, and ensuring that placements were a good fit for both parties. The company quickly grew as Delta Dallas’ reputation spread throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth business community.

Throughout the 1980’s to the 2000’s, the company evolved beyond sourcing to include staffing consulting services such as training programs for both candidates and employers, detailed reporting, analysis, and evaluation services, recruiting programs, executive placements, and more. The company not only survived but thrived during three recessions by focusing on attracting top talent and providing solutions tailored to individual clients.

We provide staffing solutions for hundreds of companies ranging from start-ups to the Fortune 500s, consistently exceeding the staffing percentages for recruiting by more than double the national average.
