  Jim far exceeded my expectations. He was more than prompt, and found things in a newly built condo that most wouldn't have pointed out. He was clearly knowledgeable in the field and made sure that I thoroughly understood all that was being explained. He walked though every aspect of the inspection, answered all questions and even offered to speak with the developers with me. I am buying through HPAP and he was very transparent with explaining what would and wouldn't be covered under the program. I would definitely refer Jim to friends, family, and use his services for properties to come,

  We were very happy using Jim as our home inspector. The inspection ended up finding a lot more negatives than we expected, but Jim made us feel like he was catching everything. He genuinely cares about being honest and transparent about the house you're buying. He even offered to speak to the owners for us regarding some questions we had. He also rolls with the punches, barely batting an eye when the sellers' dog bit a real estate agent. I definitely recommend Jim, just be prepared for some bad jokes along the way :)
