  Del Mar Taco provided the food today at my buddy's 40th Birthday today in Oceanside. Oscar showed up early and immediately set his stuff up. Oscar started everyone off with halibut ceviche. Then Oscar made chicken, adobada, and carne asada tacos. The tacos were great. Full of flavor and no fat on the meat. I would highly recommend Del Mar Taco Co too all family and friends.   Omg. These guys are AMAZING. I communicated with Oscar for an event 1 week before and they happened to be available. The most easy to communicate with and extremely reliable. I had Nick and Daniel at our event and they were awesome. Very friendly and the food was amazing! The food was cleaned out at our party! All my guests enjoyed it and was asking who they were. So awesome job guys!! You'll be hearing from me again soon!!

  It's so funny because before eating these tacos I looked through the reviews for a review from a fellow Mexican (hehe) and once I saw that, I knew the food would be good.
  
  I have to say these tacos were bomb.com! Seasoned very well and lean meat! Hate when tacos have a lot of fat in them.
  
  My only issue (a small one at that) from my Mexican's perspective would be that I wish the salsa was hotter. It was very good but mild in my opinion.
  
  Everything was delicious from the guacamole, salsas, rice, beans and tacos!
