  I gave several large, ornately carved wood furniture pieces to De Sousa's to refinish. Several pieces were covered with several layers of paint. They restored each piece beautifully! I honestly couldn't believe how beautiful they turned out. It was like completely new furniture. They did an excellent job and within a really short period of time (like two weeks!). They also repaired an ornate Italian marble/plaster table that got damaged by movers, and you can't even see where the damage is now. I would highly, highly recommend them. I trusted them to restore several family heirlooms and I have not been disappointed. They are the best!

  De Sousa's did EXCELLENT work with the restoration of my antique desk. They stayed within their quote, the work was performed quickly, and best of all: the finished product exceeded my expectations! Thank you!

  Man this place is amazing how they can turn any piece of furniture into anyway you want it. What I mean is that if you want a new look or old antique look they can do it for you. I had this chair that was in my family for years it was passed down from my great great grandparents and is really sentimental to me and they did works for this chair and now this chair will be passed down in my family. Thank you for all your hard work.

  Just found myself recommending this place to a friend and realized I had never written a formal review on yelp.
  My family has taken literally every piece of furniture we own to De Sousa's. My grandparents have taken their antiques and priceless heirlooms for years. They do reupholstering (leather, vinyl for patio seats, fabric, etc) , wood refinishing, re-caning, etc. We have used them for all of these things too. They always do a fabulous job. We even gave them a dining room chair that we wanted more of (needed more for a larger table) and they literally rebuilt from scratch additional chairs to match exactly. Best of the best.

  This place is great! The people that work here are miracle workers and are experts at what they do!
  
  ... What we didn't except was what we saw when we picked the table up. It looked brand new!
  
  They had matched perfectly the new stain on the top of the table to the old stain on the rest of the table. They also got rid of a few spots that had been on the table for years! It was perfect! The table looked brand new and you couldn't tell anything had ever happened to it.
  
  ... We will definitely be back if we need any refinishing done on our other furniture.
