  Fantastic service for two bike repairs. Felicia took the bikes in, explained what Andrew would do in the service and evaluate for the repairs.
  
  Andrew called later to explain the repair, parts needed and the overall cost before the repair. Great response time and a very concise estimate that left no surprises. Even better was that their service here was the most competitive of any bike places around, so I gave the go-ahead for the repair.
  
  The next day, the bikes were ready as promised and in better shape than when I bought them. The quality of the repairs & the level of friendly, attentive service were exemplary.
  
  D&D met & exceeded my expectations and I have made then my go-to place for anything bikes
  
  The location is inside the Sun & Snow shop, so easy access.

  I have purchased six bikes from Brighton and Ann Arbor location. I have a mixture of street, mountain and hybrid from Trek to Giant to Liv. I drive quite a distance to bring my bikes for their service. Service plan is amazing. I prefer Hunter at the Ann Arbor store and usually he is the one that fixes them for me. He takes a good teasing from me as well. Since I do drive from a distance they have never minded when I bring my Dane in the store. They keep me update to date with my bikes status when being repair. They have preordered bikes for me as well and worked with me until I found the perfect bike for my street. When I bought new Thule rack hunter also installed it for me. I fully intend to do more business with D&D mainly the Ann Arbor location.

  Just bought a new bike and accessories at the Waterford location over the weekend. Both Julie and service guy were very helpful. My husband and I were at the store for over an hour deciding on a purchase and buying added accessories. The service guy fixed my bike up with the new accessories, took the time to explain how to take the front wheel off. Both team members were very patient and great to work with. The new bike's shocks were squeaking. Julie and manager were very prompt at getting this resolved and will be covered under warranty.
  I recommend D&D to anyone and everyone! Great customer service and they have a wealth of cycling knowledge!

  I've always gone to D&D for my bicycle needs. Every location I walk into I'm greeted with a warm welcome and positive energy, they've taken care of any questions or concerns I have with patience and understanding. Absolutely love them and their staff! Highly recommend!!!
