Highly recommended for sports PT, especially running & cycling. Dave helped me get back on my feet after a beginner trail running mistake this past spring, damaging my right leg in multiple spots (iliopsoas, hip labrum, vastus medialis) from pushing too hard in training without having built up stability on the trail. He set realistic expectations, provided me with proper exercises, and monitored my progress knowing that people tend to slack on the exercises that get them going again. It was great to have PT from someone who has spent time as a cyclist and as a runner so he fully understood my situation and steered me towards a stronger running practice. Recovery took longer than my impatient self would have liked, but I'm back out running now, back at my old pace, and have him to thank for even greater stability and control now.
Agile exceeded my expectations and every interaction was a positive experience. The whole environment was clean and comfortable, the facility was fully equipped, and the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Agile administered very thorough care and provided many resources for me to rehabilitate my reconstructed PCL and ACL (MedBridge, AlterG, Woodway, Graston, etc.). I felt that proper patient care was their priority above all else. I would absolutely recommend Agile to others.Original recommendation
Recovering from an ACL & Meniscus tear, I needed knowledgeable attention, being I wanted my knee to be almost as perfect as it was before injury, and not be a problem for the remainder of my life.Original recommendation
After the ease of making an appointment over the phone (they can be quite booked, so try to call a bit in advance), I came in to the office and met with Dave.
I felt as he treated me as a family member, and made me feel comfortable both as a patient & in a friendly manner.
& Being I'm only used to going to Kaiser, I must say.. it seems my insurance changed for the better, because the level of service, cleaner facilities, and better equipment, such as that of Agile Physical therapy... have helped me come to a complete recovery.
