  Highly professional and caring service. Well trained staff truly interested in the overall welfare and good health of the patients. Our teeth are in great shape thanks to their attention and up to date knowledge and equipment. I highly recommend Darryl Baucum and his very competent staff for dental problem solutions.

  Dr. Baucum is a warm and personable dentist that provides prompt and efficient service. I've never once waited more than a few minutes for my scheduled appointment and while I am sure he has multiple patients to see at any given time, he always takes the time to make sure I know exactly what is going on with my oral health. His staff is polite and the coordination between his office and the other specialists I've used has been exemplary. I highly recommend this dentist.

  I found Dr. Baucum after my former dentist moved. Initially, we chose his dental office because it is close to our home and so took a chance. And boy did we get lucky!
  Not only is Dr. Baucum kind, but he is knowledgeable, gentle & pain-free! And his office ladies and dental assistants are so great, too! His front-desk girls are so personable and easy-going and I love their office, it's so bright, comfortable and airy. They also have plenty of parking...

  This has always been a wonderful dental office. I have been a patient since before Dr. Baucum took over the practice from Dr. Ross. The staff has been there for years and I've been able to keep my same hygienist for many, many years. That speaks volumes to me - that the staff is happy and content with their workplace. I would highly recommend them to anyone who likes a down-home friendly office with the latest in technology and procedures.

  Likewise, I have been coming to this facility for over 30 years and have appreciated Dr. Ross, who retired, and Dr. Baucum, who has taken over the practice. Dr. Baucum has so much knowledge in this field and is right up there with all the newest procedures. Staff is always friendly and courteous, especially Sally. Love Ella, as she has been my hygienist for decades!
