    When I started I was 189lbs now I weight 162lbs. I am so, so happy! I started this weight loss program three months ago and I feel so different from the way that I did when I started. When I first cam in I was scared and I did not know if it would work. They were so nice and they made me feel comfortable. The doctor checked my heart, blood pressure and breathing. Before when I would go up stairs, it was hard. Now, I go up and down many times a day and it is much easier. I feel healthy. I am walking and doing Samba classes for exercise. I have energy since losing weight to help people in my church.

    When I first came to the weight loss practice I was 207 pounds. I have now lost more than 40 pounds and I weight 158 pounds. My initial concerns were my health and looking great at my upcoming wedding. Before starting this weight loss program, I had tried all kinds of over the counter drugs. None of them worked and some of them got my heart rate up too high making me anxious. There are no side effects to this program. Most important is that I am not hungry.     I have lost almost 60 pounds and I could not be more thrilled. People are noticing it and complementing me, which is a big self esteem booster. I can tell in my clothes and my face that I have lost a significant amount of weight! Could not be more pleased! I am still far from my weight goal but I am so much closer than I was five months ago.
