  Critter Round-up handled our squirrels with sensitivity and kindness. The squirrel family living in our attic space now live in the trees around our Wash Park home and visit regularly.
  
  Dana asked us to wait three weeks to be certain the the babies were big enough to leave the nest with Mom. The squirrels were not stressed in any way. Dana had the expertise to help our squirrel family move out of the attic and move into the trees outside of our home. It was a wonderful experience.

  … Critter Round-Up arrived quickly and on time, gave us a low-cost estimate, and said we wouldn't have to pay anything until we were satisfied that the job was done. … After everything was confirmed, we paid a very reasonable price (exactly what we were quoted), and were told that we had a two-year guarantee. He gave us his card, and said call him right away if they tried to come back.
  
  … Once again, Dana got the critter out, waited until we were satisfied, and professionally repaired the damage. I offered to pay this time, but he reminded me that this was under warranty, and there was no cost to me.
  
  Bottom line: Great prices, fast response, excellent quality, thoroughly done, clean, quiet, delivers outstanding results, and has a solid guarantee. - Highly recommended!

  Dana (owner/operator) was excellent, the pricing fair, and the issue was resolved almost immediately. I highly recommend Dana and Critter Round-Up if you run into a critter issue.

  Dana over at Critter Round-Up was extremely pleasant and professional to work with. We had a minor mouse infestation (23 mice to be precise!) in our home. I was a little concerned because of the lack of reviews (as I write there there are none). And the price was slightly higher than some other calls I had made. But Dana could come out promptly and I sure am glad I made the choice to go with it. Full payment was not required until the end of the process, and yet he took his time to return again and again and make sure there was no activity in or outside of our home. He removed full traps and was respectful and careful during each trip. I recommend Critter Round-Up without hesitation now and have posted their number in my business for the occasions we might need assistance!
