  Absolutely loved the AM yoga class with Victoria this morning! She delivered a killer workout, and you can see her passion for people as soon as you enter the room!

  The yoga instructors at Paradigm Gym are two of the best around. They are professional, skilled, and personable. They offer classes for different fitness levels and take time to make sure you are doing a pose correctly and safely. The prices are awesome too. Would definitely recommend

  Fantastic! I wish I lived in this area just to continue going here. The staff was welcoming and friendly, the facility was bright and clean, and the classes were wonderful. It was my first time trying CPY and I fell in love with it.
