I was so nervous to take my computer somewhere besides an Apple Store after spilling green tea on it, BUT I am so grateful I did. My computer needed to be almost completely rebuilt; new motherboard and keyboard (and later the battery). Computer USA was quick, cost effective and incredibly helpful. They worked to save me money were they could, were upfront about the costs and stuck by their warrantee. It is now over 6 months and my computer is good as new. I will always come here for all my computer needs.

I spent almost two hours on the phone with Dell customer service having them try to help fix an issue we were having connecting to the Internet. There was no solution in sight so we decided to take it in for someone to look at it. The reviews for Computer Zone were stellar and we were close by so we decided to give it a try, Ahmed fixed the issue within 10 minutes! Amazing! I also mentioned the slowness in the computer we were experiencing and he proceeded to help with that right away as well. He was very professional, honest and just plain nice. Great customer service! Any future computer issues and I'm going back to Ahmed at Computer Zone USA.

Great customer service! Printer broke and I needed to print tickets for the bulls game! Not only did they fix the printer, they let me print the tickets there ! Really nice guy! Will definitely give them my business again. Did not feel like they were trying to scam me, really like their service.

Sharif essentially saved me$800 today. My son sat on my Mac Book Pro screen and where Micro-center quoted me $700.00 and 5-7 days for repair. Sharif did it for $300 and with in 45min.

I was on my way to drop 1100.00 on a refurbished laptop, then I called Sharif.
I walked in he had the screen ready to be reached and I was out the door with in an hour.
