I have nothing but high praises for Rick Ferri. He made a service call the day after Thanksgiving, for my slow running computer. I originally made an appointment with the Geek Squad but they couldn't get me in until Sunday. Rick came diagnose my problem, said my hard drive was crashing and upgraded my hard drive to a solid state 1 and drastically improved my ancient computer to a more advanced one. I highly recommend Express Tax for any computer repairs.

Highly recommend Rick at Express Techs for your computer repair. My hard drive crashed and he was able replace it very quickly and got my computer up and running. He also cane back the next day to extract some files from my old corrupted hard drive at no extra cost. Very friendly and great customer service.

Excellent and highly recommended! I had many viruses on my laptop, preventing me from accessing the internet. I called Express Techs and made an appointment. Rick called about an hour before arriving to confirm, arrived on the early side of a two-hour window, and completely removed the viruses. I am very, very pleased and will call him again with any and all computer issues. Again, excellent and highly recommended!
