She has a way of instilling peace and happiness in her classes without talking too much. She also very good at helping you with your postures/poses and giving different options for many of them.

Each class with Clara is dynamic, challenging yet supportive. The detailed instruction is so precise and timely that one never has to look up and can truly FLOW during the vinyasa class. She provides hands on adjustments which are worth a thousand words each and have helped deepen my practice in ways that no other class or instructor has in all my years of practice. Clara is truly present each moment and her teachings symbolize all that yoga represents to me. Thank you, Clara, namaste.
