Trained in ballet, modern, and ballroom, Cindy is an award-winning dancer, competitor, and choreographer of more than 20 years. As a competitor, her personal best was winning 1st Place at Harvard Invitational in 2007, beating more than 200 collegiate couples in the Silver & Gold Latin Division, judged by former World Latin Champion Beata Onefater. Cindy has received rigorous training in the ISTD International Ballroom Dance Syllabi in both the Standard & Latin Divisions and was coached by notable professionals from Dancing With The Stars such as Alec Mazo (Season 1 Champion) & Karina Smirnoff (Season 13 Champion), the latter having been ranked #2 in the world at the British Open Blackpool Dance Festival. Cindy is a wonderful teacher! She's attentive, and not only passionate about her love for dancing but passionate about teaching dance. She caters dance styles and movements to each couple. We met with Cindy 7-8 months before our wedding to choreograph our first dance. It was one of the best decisions we made. We're looking forward to learning more dances with Cindy.

Cindy helped my fiancé and I put together a fun dance for our wedding. Cindy was positive and encouraging. She was determined to help us have an amazing dance on our wedding day. She allowed us as the couple to innovate, but also taught us the right ways to do the moves we wanted to do. At the same time, she taught us new moves. For example, she recommended that I spin my fiancée. On our wedding day, that spin had the crowd roaring. I was taken back a little bit, I had no idea the wedding guests would like our dance so much. Cindy has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She helped my wife and I earlier this year for our wedding first dance. We came to our first session with basic understanding of bachata. After just 4 sessions, Cindy helped us solidify our dance routine to our specific song. She is easy to work with, flexible, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Cindy.
