  I've been on several heli trips, including CMH and Mike Weigele's. I have to say, after going through orientation (though not able to fly due to weather), I felt VERY comfortable with their safety procedures and gear - which is a definite factor when selecting heliski operators in my opinion. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a once in a lifetime experience. The hotel at the base of their operation is also top notch as well, with everything you need: spa, restaurants, rentals, fat bikes, you name it.

  The people who work here from Karin Meinkoth who took my reservations to the guides Tatiana Lawson and Bozo Cardozo who did our safety training and went on our heli adventure, are top notch. They put your safety first, while balancing the fact they want you to have the time of your life. My group did both the heli and the powder cat riding and skiing. When I say we experienced it all, that is not an understatement. Other people I'd like point out are Mike Welch who made us feel like family after our experience. Bozo Cardozo drew the short stick getting stuck with 3 snowboarders, but was an absolute amazing, professional guide, skier, and was there first when we needed him. Bozo knows what I'm talking about. But my hat must go off to Tatiana Lawson. She put up with 5 crazy New Yorkers not only on the heli trip, but the Powder Cat as well. She was with us from the moment everything started with our safety training to when we went to happy hour to celebrate what was nothing short of the trip of a lifetime. Tatiana Lawson would suit any level or rider, boy or girl. She was an absolute gem. The entire team gets a 10/10 and Mother Nature didn't disappoint either. If you're looking for the adventure of a lifetime. If you're looking to challenge your limits. Or your a professional ski bum or snowboarder this is just what you do. The Chugach Powder Guides needs to be a place you come to and experience. We can't wait to come back. And again. Thank you Bozo, Tatiana, and Mike the Pipe. You are all now family to us and you all know why! ������

  Wow, Wow, Wow not much more to say, amazing experience. We were the only girls (2) in a cat full of guys. Our guides Tatiana and Durny are incredibly skilled and super awesome people. Tatiana helped me keep my confidence high and made me feel safe to challenge myself. This was our first time in super deep powder snow and being with all big super confident guys it was a little bit intimidating at first. The guides helped us kill it. If you are considering Kat or Heli do not go with any other company. Big thanks to Tatiana, Durny and Dave our Kat driver you are amazing people who gave us an amazing experience. Also big shout out to all the behind the scenes people. We were out after big snow dumps in high avalanche conditions and we couldn't have felt safer. Worth every cent of the cost we paid !! We are already planing a return trip with multiple days riding with CPG.

  Lets just say, there are now two versions of me: the rider i was before CPG and the rider i left as : a better, braver rider than ever. it was-- the best experience of my life. Everyone at CPG, the guides, the assistant guides, the sales reps, all feel like family and I am a forever fan. Even after our three days with them, we'd pop in the office everyday, just to say hi or buy a hat, or check the weather. We love you guys. Thank you for the eye-opening rad experience of a lifetime. i cant wait to do it again!

  Rich and company run a top notch outfit accessing some of the best terrain in the world. We had a group of 3 friends and was able to fly 2 of our 4 days with a 12" storm total in the middle! Waste deep blower powder. The guide ability and local knowledge on how to mitigate risk allowed us to feel as safe as possible while still pushing our limits. Highly recommend to expert skiers who want the best experience possible, they will not let you down.
