  Arsen has been a great agent and made the process of buying property seemless and painless. He was always available for questions and offered good, reasonable advice. Being a 1st time buyer he also alleviated a lot of the uncertainty that comes along with the process. He was easy to talk to and reachable and I appreciated that he always followed up with whatever the situation was, keeping me well informed. Thanks Arsen!

  Arsen works longer days than anyone I know. He was available mornings, nights, and weekends for any questions, concerns, or conversations I needed. He learned incredibly quickly what I was looking for in a home and began sending me great options after our first weekend at open houses together. He was never afraid to point out a home's short comings or share any concerns he had about a listing. Once I was interested in a house, he did everything he could to get my offers in quickly and make them competitive without over-shooting my budget or the value of the home. He has been incredibly helpful in coordinating with the sellers' agent and I honestly don't know what I would have done without his help. He uses the quickest tools of the trade to make all the paper signing and back-and-forth as painless as possible. His experience as a contract attorney was also incredibly valuable when it came time for counter offers and addendum agreements. I move in to my new home this month and I am over the moon to have found something I love that I can afford. I went from a life long renter just "checking the market" to a happy homeowner in less than 6 months.

  Arsen was a great resource! He was knowledgeable, helpful and patient with the purchase of our first home. He listened to our needs and desires and was able to find us a place that fit all of those. I'd recommend anyone work with him.

  Arsen made purchasing my first home quick and easy! I was a first time home buyer. He was helpful in answering all my questions, and providing me with listings tailored to my criteria. He was responsive, knowledgeable, had an aggressive approach to home shopping, and helped me buy a house quickly.
