Children's Physicians

Pediatrician

Ask any of our board-certified pediatricians and they'll tell you - treating children was always their first choice. And it shows. Our pediatricians know how to communicate with parents while still being able to relate to children of all ages. Plus, many were chief residents at some of the leading children's hospitals in the country. They continue to maintain these outstanding credentials as the only pediatricians practicing in partnership with Creighton University School of Medicine.

Pediatricians receive up to 24 times more training in the specialized care of children than other doctors like family physicians or quick clinic nurse practitioners. And because they care only for children, our pediatricians are able to focus on the latest research and changes in pediatric medicine. They have the skills to treat everything from basic childhood illnesses to more serious diseases.

Even beyond the extensive pediatric care available at each of our offices, Children's Physicians is automatically linked to Children's Hospital & Medical Center — and all the pediatric specialists and subspecialists associated with it. Your Children's Physicians pediatrician is the direct connection to this community of caring should your child ever require advanced care. Read more

My son has had numerous stays in the hospital, ER, many visits to the clinic side of Children's Hospital in Omaha. I can't say enough good things about all of the people that work there. They care so much about the children that are there for treatments, illnesses, etc. Having a child that is sick is one of the hardest things that you will ever have to deal with. If it weren't for hospitals like Children's, it would be so much harder for parents. Thank you for loving what you do and for taking such wonderful care of my child, and so many other children!

13 day stay, started on Easter Sunday 2017.
16 months old the day admitted with Group A Hemolytic Streptococcal Pneumonia. 2 chest tubes, Thoracotomy of the 4th intercostal space. He now has a division symbol on his right side. Through all of that I have nothing but the utmost respect for the team that cared for my son, they truly pick the best of the best. Their volunteers and nurse shadowing programs are wonderful, they gave me a break to take a shower and go get something ...

We went for my 14 month old son's surgery on an inguinal hernia and to get his circumcision revised... Not a fun night or morning but we were very well taken care of. It was busy so we had to wait a bit but they were so accommodating! They had a little car I could push him around in, a great play room, lots to keep a anxious mom busy while she waits on surgery... And nurses were all so sweet and so much help! ...
