  We are new to Chicago, and after much research, we selected Chicago Urban Pets for our dog care. We are super impressed so far. They are affordable, provide us a sense of comfort, exceptional and detailed service, and awesome communication. Looking forward to using this service in the future!

  I am a frequent business traveler and my scheduling tends to be last minute. If you are anything like me ~ you love your pets and they are part of your family. Chicago Urban Pets ALWAYS takes perfect care, is 100% trustable and even sends you emails and cute pics while you are away to give you updates on your pet.
  They are the best! Affordable and Affectionate!! That's what I would sum it up to say. There are times that I get delayed and it's last minute and they always take great care of me and my Miss Daley. I wouldn't use anyone else!
  They have many different offerings on their website, to fit your family's needs.

  I recently moved to Chicago from Toronto with a very reluctant canine side kick. Teddy was terrified by the move and really needed cheering up! Enter Chicago Urban Pets. We were matched with Macy who immediately became Teddy's new favorite person and first Chicago friend. Within just a few days, Ted seemed like her old self. As a new resident myself, trusting a stranger with my best friend was a little stressful. Everyday I got a lovely email from Macy telling me about Ted's mental state, their walk and other details. I honestly look forward to these emails now. Like little report cards and a chance to see what Teddy sees everyday on her walk. I can not recommend CUP more highly than 5 stars but would happily award them 10 if the option existed. Macy and CUP team have been a life saver for me and a really positive experience all around. Ted give '2 paws' up!

  I highly recommend Chicago Urban Pets for all your pet needs. Stephanie only hires the best. Her walkers are true dog (pet) lovers and I have always been impressed at the detailed notes I receive after a walk. CUP has been with us for 2 years now and have always been very dependable, dedicated, and trustworthy. It is such a comfort knowing our dog is in good hands when we are out.
