Many red wasps were flying around near the front door of my home. I discovered that they were going in and out of a small opening in an eave. Assuming there may be a large nest I did not attempt to get rid of them myself. I called Charlette and she solved the wasp problem as well as treated my yard and inside my home. She is very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. I am very happy with the service she provided and recommend her to anyone needing pest control.

I recently purchased a house and paid for a wood destroying insect inspection. (This was not done by Charlotte). I was not satisfied with the first companies thoroughness and wanted a second opinion as I was skeptical that they did not find anything.

I emailed Charlotte through yelp late at night and got a response at 10pm. She was great and got an appointment in quickly a few days later. She was on time and sure enough was able to find termites that the other company hadn't. I felt 100% satisfied that she had thoroughly inspected everything. She treated the outside as well as inside for insects shortly after the inspection. I will definitely be using her in the future for regular treatments of the property. Thanks Charlotte! -
