    I had severe lower back pain (Discogenic Lowback Pain), it came so sudden, and hurt so bad that I could not walk, I had to let people carry me around. ... He saved my life! Dr. Grace also taught me daily exercises to make my back and muscle stronger.

    I highly recommend Dr. Grace and Charles River Chiropractic, he is super nice, the office is neat and clean, great location and free parking.

    Dr. Grace is great!! Came in for chronic back pain, and he was able to pin point the problems areas by just watching me walk and stretch. Highly recommended!

    When I arrived Dr. Grace for the first time I could barely walk, because of terrible back pain. After two weeks, I could run again my daily 6 miles. Dr. Grace was very professional and attentive. Beside the chiropractic treatment, he also taught me streaches and exersises to strength my back's ang leg's muscles.

    Dr Grace is my go to guy for anything. He has helped me with my back, hip pain, knee pain, plantars faceitis...he's all about building core strength and helping people keep moving. I highly recommend going for a consult. You'll get hooked!

    Dr. Ben Grace is superb. He's helped me over the last several months deal with a herniated disk. He provides great chiropractic care and helped me build an exercise routine to strengthen my lower back + core. Plus he's helped me understand my back a lot better given my sedentary job. I highly recommend him.
