  The guys at Chainwheel rescued these weary road travelers on our way to Mountain Bike Nationals. My daughter's bottom bracket decided to crap out a week before MTB Nats, so I called several bike shops that were on our route. Many shops didn't have the part we needed or were too busy to check for us. The guys at chainwheel had the part, fixed the bike while we waited, and double checked the bike to make sure everything else was dialed in. It's a great shop with great people!

  I'm now a repeat 100% satisfied customer!!!! You can't beat the first name personal attention and service you receive there. I had my mind set on a more expensive bike than the one that fit my needs they fitted me on and sold me. This is a first class shop. Great staff throughout!!!!!!

  I recently purchased my 6th bike from Chainwheel. I have been preparing for the Dirty Kanza for the past year and got a new Orbea Terra Gravel bike. Pat and Bruce worked tirelessly right up to the last week to get me fit to my new bike and ready. I was able to complete the race over 40 minutes under my goal time. It really is All About the Bike, and the Bike shop. I could not be happier with the bike, the service from Chainwheel.

  Great staff. Have purchased 2 bikes from them the past 3 years and am always pleased with service and education they provide. I think their service department is fabulous. Guru fitting was well done and has made a huge difference in my comfort level . Zach did this for me and I highly recommend to anyone that is not comfortable on their bike to ask for Zach and get this done. Bruce is great and will take time to research questions and products for ones' specific needs. Keep up the good work Chainwheel.
