Simply the best and closest bike shop to the Fork Area Trail System. The owner and mechanics are all roadies or mountain bikers and do amazing. I love going to the shop even if I don't need anything.

Let me tell you how awesome these guys are: I broke my chain on my bicycle. I had fixed chains on my bike before, but it had been a long time and I didn't really know what I was doing, so I bought a cheap repair kit. Well, it didn't work out too well and I couldn't figure out what was wrong. I did the walk of shame and took it to these guys, a little embarrassed that I couldn't figure out this very basic part of bicycle maintenance. Instead of making me feel stupid, they told me I had the right idea, just the wrong part to fix it. They fixed the chain for me at no cost. I was prepared to spend how ever much dollars for a new chain, but that was not necessary.

I've been to other bike stores before. They are filled with arrogant, smug, bike snobs who will judge you for anything they can. These guys are down to earth and non judgmental, and I really appreciate that. They are also very FAIR and not trying to rip you off at every opportunity. I bought a bicycle from them, and just recently at my last visit, clipless pedals and shoes. I will never go anywhere else! -

Chain Reaction is the friendliest shop in town. The prices are competitive, selection of bicycles is excellent and customer service is above an beyond anything you can get. Bicycles and accessories they sell are top of the line and the service guys excellent.

Had an awesome experience! My husband and I both got new bikes. They answered all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable on our new rides. Took the bikes out for the first time tonight and had a great time! Looking forward to new adventures!
