  I needed an appointment that was later in the day to make time for other cleaners and contractors, and Derrick was very accommodating, scheduling me for 5P. He was very prompt (5 minutes early) and very professional.
  
  Most importantly, he did an amazing job, transforming the carpet from filthy to presentable. Too bad we didn't do before photos, because it would have been a great comparison.
  
  A couple of important things to know is that he has a portable unit in case they can't park close enough, but I believe he said their main cleaning machine has something like 300 feet of hose.

  Derrick and John were great! Thorough, quick, on-time, and highly professional. Since my husband and I both work on weekdays, they were able to book a weekend appointment for us, which was super helpful. They were able to clean out years of build-up from our carpets and couch and now they look good as new. Looking at the apartment, looks like a whole new place!
  
  After arriving at our apartment, they said they could go below the quoted price since it was smaller than expected. They worked quickly and performed high quality service, they were able to work around our furniture and various cords with ease.
  
  Overall, CGT is highly recommended. We'll definitely call them again for our carpet cleaning needs and will definitely recommend them to all our friends.

  Derrick and John at CGT are the best in Bay Area, in terms of both quality and cost! I'll strongly recommend them for all carpet and upholstery cleaning, as they're the best in quality of work, quick and on-time, and offer the best and very affordable pricing!
  
  I called 5 companies on Fri. afternoon for a Sat. carpet cleaning appointment as I was expecting new furniture delivery on Sunday. Derrick at CGT was the only one to offer a Sat. appointment with the best price-quote, all setup over a quick phone call in under 3 mins!
  
  Derrick and John arrived right on time for the appointment, and finished the job in 1 hour. I'm totally impressed by the amazing quality of their work. The entire carpet now looks brand new (as good as I've seen it); they removed all stains and spots, and cleaned well in the corner areas and in the walk-in closet too. Then, Derrick also surprised me by offering a $25 discount on the original quote and promised an even better rate for all future carpet cleaning with CGT. It shows that they sincerely value their customers and win them for life - once a customer, always a customer!!

  I cannot express how awesome these guys are. They were on time, friendly, professional, and did an excellent job of cleaning my tile floors (grout) and white carpet. I lived in a rental with an over the top landlord and was desperate to get my full deposit refunded. I was super nervous about the white carpet coming clean, as I have two cats (one white and one black) that left the carpet pretty furred up. Also, with heavy foot traffic from kids, guests, and my husband I was super worried. Turns out I had no need to worry, because it all came up and the carpet looked like new, as food the tile. If you are looking around for a great deal, professional service, and excellent work - do not hesitate to hire these wonderful men. I'm kind of sad my new lave doesn't have carpet, because I'd hire CGT in a heartbeat. Thanks guys (I got my full deposit back! ).

  I have had the pleasure of meeting with Derrick and his team a few times over the past year to help clean my business office in the Campbell area. He has come on time to each appointment and is almost always able to accommodate my needs on short notice. He does a great job and he is fair in his pricing. I have not used any other carpet cleaning company and I don't ever plan to as long as Derrick is around!
