Kevin started delivering crawfish to San Antonio Restaurants over 25 years ago. He did crawfish boils out in front of Acadiana Restaurant and at Fiesta events. He also competed in and won the Gumbo cookoff every year at the Taste of New Orleans for several years running until he retired and became a judge for the event. In 2004 he started catering crawfish boils for the company and private home parties.

We are constantly asked where we are located. We sell the live crawfish out of our home. We are NOT a restaurant and we only cater cooked crawfish and other Cajun specialties so we are located at your home, business, local park etc. Read more

This is our first year ordering from Cayenne Kevin. I highly recommend ordering live crawfish from him. They are a good size and reasonably priced. We will definitely be going back for more!
