    Andrew is the first nutritionist that I have met with that provides a practical and educated approach to eating and diet based on both science and common sense. He not only provides the tools but also the nutrition education to make you think about what you are using to fuel your body.

    Since I began seeing Andrew Wade at Case Specific Nutrition, I have shredded fat and gained muscle! I am a type I am diabetic who wears an insulin pump. I have very challenging dietary needs when intermingling a workout regimen! I bike, hike, kayak, lift weights and lead a very active lifestyle; Andrew helps me to understand how every aspect of my diet and lifestyle affects my body! He is always available for questions that I might have, and the best part is that everything is covered by my insurance! Andrew helps me to set short-term and long-term goals for myself! He just helped me to lose some weight and gain some muscle for my 25th high school reunion :) I have been seeing Andrew for a year and a half and don't plan on stopping!

    I have struggled with weight loss most of my life. I have done various programs and lost and gained back. I would over think when I was eating. Andy has helped me realize this is a life style change. He has helped me to realize I have control. I am going to have a good days and bad days. He has helped me realize its okay to struggle and helped me via email when I need it. The most important thing he has done is show me this is a learning process. If I make a bad choice try it with something else. He has showed me the importance of making eating fun by exploring different food options. The biggest thing he has helped me understand and deal with is my food thought process. This is still a journey for me but having someone break things down is very helpful.

    He makes his diet plans so simple to understand. Gives options to substitute so your food does not become a job to eat, rather it is enjoyable. Highly recommended Andrew to anyone looking to improve their health.

    Andrew is personable, professional and very knowledgeable about all things nutrition and fitness. I've always been relatively mindful about diet and exercise but Andrew has taught me that "one size" diet and exercise does not fit all. Maximizing your potential only comes from being Case Specific!
