  Had a friendly and easy-going rental experience. We showed up and rented four bikes for a half-day (4 hours). These bikes were called cruisers and were much more high-end than expected. They quickly adjusted the bikes to our height and we were off. Returning was an even easier process. We will be using them again for bike rentals.

  Great local bike shop. The staff is awesome. They have tons of knowledge and passion about biking. The owner, Randy, is super helpful and honest.

  I love this store so much! We just moved from Austin and needed a new LBS, boy did we find it. Randy was so helpful, stayed with us after the store closed and helped us pick out a new bike with disc brakes (my husband needed this for the mountain riding here). The selection was amazing, anything you need is right here in this beautiful store.

  I would like to give a shout out to these folks. I took my bike in for an overhaul. It turned out that my front wheel was on its last rounds. (So I figured the back one would be the same way soon.) So Randy & Adam helped me with a new wheelset. They would have put them on right then, had I waited, but I left the bike overnight. They had me ready to ride the next day and the wheelset they recommended is rolling down the road with one happy camper . . . . well, a happy cyclist ! ! Rolling with some new ZIPP wheels. YeeHah ! ! These folks are the best, every time I have ever been to their shop. I heartily recommend Carolina Triathlon for your cycling needs ! ! ! !

  Randy and the folks at Carolina Triathlon are super friendly and very knowledgeable with cycling products! They have serviced my bike for several years now and have assisted me with all my cycling questions! The new store is fabulous! I always leave with a smile!
