Dr. Mason is professional, caring and thorough. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and competent in his work and was excellent at communicating all of my dental needs. He appeared to be more concerned with providing the best dental care vs. trying to “up-sale” me; which was truly refreshing and very much appreciated. Everyone on his staff was extremely welcoming, friendly and professional. I think I’ve found my forever dentist 😊.

I had a really great experience today when I visited Cambridge Dental. My dental hygienist, Carla was personable, professional and extremely knowledgeable when helping me understand how to follow-up with my dental regimen. For the first time in my life, I am actually looking forward to my next visit. Dr. Walters was so easy to talk to and so ready to get me on the right path to dental health. Her quick honest assessment of my needs was a welcome change from my previous dental encounters. I highly recommend Cambridge Dental and Dr. Walters.

... The staff are friendly and laid back and all three of my visits have been relatively unstressful and relaxing. My first visit was for a general cleaning and Dr. Marcks informed me I had a cavity and might possibly need a root canal. I scheduled my next appointment a week later and thankfully avoided the root canal and had my cavity filled. I hadn't heard from the office and was worried my permanent crown would come in while I was on vacation for two weeks leaving me with my temporary one. I called the office and the receptionist kindly looked into it for me, found out when my crown was scheduled to come in (they normally call when it actually comes in to schedule) and was able to book me an appointment two days before going out of town. I've had no issues with pain/discomfort either. ...

Professional and friendly. I called with a request to be seen immediately and they were able to accommodate me. The diagnostic work was fast and the dentist spent as much time as I needed to explain my treatment plan to me. EZ parking. And, they took my dental savings plan which saved me a substantial amount of money.

Dr. Walters and the Dentists at Cambridge Dental have been our family Dentist firm for over twelve years. When I first started using Doctor Walters services, she fixed the work done by another Doctor that I would say looked like the legendary wooden teeth of President George Washington, until she made my smile beautiful again. I will alway use Dr. Karen Walters and her co-Doctors. Thank you Dr. Walters and Cambridge Dental!!
