We love to interact with our home buyers. You'll work one-on-one with a friendly inspector who will answer all your questions. You'll learn a lot about your new home and have a little fun in the process.
Afterward, your inspector will prepare an easy-to-understand report filled with photographic evidence. Your report will enhance your negotiating position with the seller if anything needs to be fixed. Read more

Chip was or inspector and he did a fantastic job. If it wasn't for him, we would not have know all of the issues our potential home had. We actually ended up terminating our contract because of what he found. I highly recommend Call2inspect and Chip. We actually hope to have Chip help us with our next inspection when we're ready!

Dave was Wonderful! I would absolutely recommend Call2Inspect! Not only was he friendly and down to earth but he was extremely thorough with the inspection. He explained everything to me during his inspection and even recommended safety features to me such as bar locks for a sliding door that was ground floor on the open space. As a single woman, this was something that I really respected. I know everything about my home that I need to know now. Thank you Dave, you were great!
