Excellent customer service and boot fitters. They take their time to work with you and make plan of what needs to be done as well as finding the cheapest option for you. They're pretty honest and not there to take your money.

You're nor a skier if you don't know about this hidden little jem. The best ski boot fitter that I have ever worked with and they carry only the best ski and binding brands. I will never go anywhere else so long as this place is exists. The owner Greg truly cares about each and every one of his customers. I love this place!

This place was recommended to me by an expert skier. I am so happy I found it. They have the expertise of a mountain shop, but they are located in the Bay Area. They all ski regularly, they know how to fit a boot, and I'll stop tight there. If you don't know, at this point, that boot fitting is the single most important thing in skiing, please inform yourself about this beautiful sport.

The place does, and will, get crowded, at the usual times (beginning of the skiing season, weekends, during the spring sales event, etc. But they will work with you on scheduling. Just give them a call or leave a message on their webpage and they'll email you back.
Pricing. Skiing is not a cheap activity. But they provide excellent value. If you have a given budget, they will work with you around it, and give you honest advice. But, if you use their spring sale, or do some of the service ahead of the season, they run some specials that are hard to believe (expert ski tuning for $35?). Their rental equipment, just the regular one, seems to be much better than the standard one in other places I've used.
