CCCA is not only about acupuncture. We're about using whatever Chinese-medicine approach necessary to efficiently respond to your needs. This includes bodywork, moxa, and cupping. Additionally, we put a great deal of emphasis on patient education through exercises and dietary recommendations, so you not only understand what is being done, but also so that you can apply the same principles toward your own healing and illness prevention. The video on the upper right provides an entry point for understanding our approach. Further information can be uncovered through the search bar in the upper right. Read more

The choice to consult with Yang-chu Higgins was perfect for me because he was generous with both his time and skill. In addition, Yang-chu want his patients to be well informed as much as he wants to guide them to optimal health. But most pleasant is his enthusiasm and respect for the medicine and for his practice of it.

I have had the best treatment. Dr. Yang-Chu Higgins is very knowledgeable and can see through you and not only treats your problem but often find the cause of the problem and treats it.

I feel good, solid and healthy. I'm visiting friends I haven't seen in a couple of years in New York. They have commented over and over that I seem great. They say I look healthy, bodily, spiritually and emotionally. There have been a lot of big changes in my life since I saw them last, but I attribute many of the healthy changes to the work with you. I wanted to let you know and to say thank you!

Just wanted to thank you - I did not get the pain in my shoulder/arm/hand last night and slept much better. Also, it looks like there is not going to be much of a scar on my chin - your goo is good.

Yang-Chu Higgins changed my life. I suffered from Migraines my entire life. After one particularly bad 10-day stretch of one, I finally broke down & decided to try a new route: Acupuncture. Two of my friends had gone to him for months and had rave reviews about him so I figured why not. That first night I felt such pain during our session from my migraine, but whatever he did was so relieving. The next morning, it was gone. The pain, the nausea, the pressure. It's been 8 months and I haven't had one since...Yang-Chu's all-inclusive techniques of Emotional Freedom Technique, Acupressure and Acupuncture have re-routed my circuitry. I've been less sick, slept better, and had no headaches. ...
