David did a full refresh on our condo's front and back gardens -- they hadn't been maintained for several years and looked way overgrown. He and his team are excellent communicators and this made them stand out from the pack -- we went back and forth on a detailed plan ahead of time (David was sure to fit my budget and collaborate on ideas for how to get the best value for the money), and we were able to collaboratively make adjustments on the fly as things went on. His team on-site was professional, on-time, and also great at communication. We were very happy!

Had an initial meeting to discuss our project. Three weeks later after hearing nothing, I wrote an email politely asking what the next step was. Three days later I still had not gotten an answer. I then called and was told that they would get back to me later that day. Eight days later I have yet to receive a response. A one star rating is overly generous. I have never been treated so arrogantly, discourteously and unprofessionally. They obviously did not want our business; more importantly, I do not want their services.
