I called Lonnie from out of state to send an anniversary bouquet to my son and daughter-in-law. He even sent me a photo of the Gorgeous arrangement! It was bright, tall, using many interesting kinds of flowers. When I didn't hear anything from my son, I called and soon found out that it had been delivered to the wrong address. When I called Lonnie, he apologized (it very likely was my error!) and gladly offered to send another one! I will gratefully call Finesse Florals for future floral needs! Thank you Lonnie!
