They have always provided me with excellent service. If they are not swamped they have taken care of my bike related issues right away; oftentimes while I am at the service counter. It I have to leave my bike, they always finish it with more than satisfactory results and on time ( often before scheduled for pickup. When I order parts, they always are ready for pickup on time. The service and sales people always make me feel like I am a part of The Bike Lane family. In other words, they are my goto bike shop, and I am fortunate to have the close by.
