I've been a client of 215 for almost 2 years and I'm continually amazed at the quality of service provided relative to our other vendors. In fact, I don't consider 215 a vendor at all, but a strategic member of my team. They are knowledgable, responsive, and are forward thinking regarding our needs. They've installed our network infrastructure, migrated us to another location, setup a hot network backup, manage our machines, and are currently assisting us with SOC II compliance. I can't say enough great things about Brett, Ed, and Carlos, in addition to the other smart people at 215. I highly recommend them to others considering either an outsourced IT vendor and/or a strategic partner to provide valuable advice on IT needs.
